Japan - Shinkansen (Bullet Train)
Coming back from my Golden Week in Hakuba I took the Shinkansen. I was curious about how fast we were actually going, so I used my hiking GPS to see. According to the GPS we hit 161 mph (259.1 kph). It's pretty amazing how smooth the ride is even when going that fast.
